Job Details

Ensures a high level of guest service in the slot department through open communication, making change and processing/paying jackpots.

Essential Job Functions:

•Excellent internal/external guest service skills;

•Accurately pay jackpots;

•Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams, maintain operation of ticket dispensers and clear other related machine tilts;

•Knowledge of all company facilities and promotions;

•Protect company assets

•Ensures compliance of all state and federal regulations;

•Other reasonable duties as assigned
