Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Flooring Estimator at O'Brien Flooring, Inc in Slidell, LA. The Commercial Flooring Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as estimating construction projects, communicating with clients and team members, managing budgets, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables.

• Construction Estimating and Project Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Budgeting expertise
• Knowledge of commercial flooring materials and installation
• Experience in construction project management
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with digital take off software. (RFMS Measure)
