Job Summary
This position is for adjunct teaching opportunities in the Division of Marine Science of the School of Ocean Science and Engineering, which includes academic programs in marine science, hydrographic science, and ocean engineering.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Deliver course instruction as detailed in course syllabi
  2. Course assessments, grading and communications with students
  3. Work with teaching assistants, when appropriate, to deliver laboratory/practical sections of courses
  4. Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field for undergraduate-level courses and master's degree in a related field for graduate-level courses. Adjunct faculty will need to undergo a faculty qualification assessment to teach each particular course.
