Job Description:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

• The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving growth by leading a variety of projects aimed at implementing and optimizing operational processes.
• Serve as a project manager that reports to the Seamless Care Program Manager.
• Provide overall management of assigned projects from concept to completion.
• Need to be highly experienced in EHR delivery and managing multiple projects end to end.
• Needs to have experience working with/overseeing a product development team(s) within a healthcare/provider environment, preferably an enterprise healthcare system.
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, business, clinical, technical, and vendors, ensuring every detail is taken care of, driving toward on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources-including third-party vendors.
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
• Ensures open lines of communication for all team members.
• Ensure the correct resources are identified and are actively involved.
• t times will need to take the initiative and track down the correct resources.
• Drive architectural work.
• Prioritize tasks and organize scheduling.
• Resolve and work on issues and escalations.
• Handle additional requests or enhancements.
• Update software as the program rolls out to additional ministries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of project management experience.
• bility to manage a fast-paced, large-scale environment.
• Experience in an organization of similar size.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours regardless of location.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred.
• Hands-on Project Management experience and Revenue Cycle experience required.
• Scheduling and/or Registration Project Management experience and PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Project Management in Service Now a plus.
• Healthcare delivery experience & Experience with EHRs a plus.
