**Job Title:** Civil Superintendent/Supervisor

**Location:** Schriever, LA
**Compensation:** $1,700 per week
**Bonus:** Bilingual candidates preferred

**United Trades of America** is seeking an experienced **Civil Superintendent/Supervisor** to join our team in Schriever, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage crews and multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate multiple onsite crews efficiently.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to safety protocols on the job site.
- Responsible for the accurate time tracking and production for all crew members.
- Oversee the submission of coded and approved paperwork.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, paperwork, and timesheets.
- Maintain focus on **job numbers** and **cost codes**, ensuring accurate recording and tracking.
- Communicate effectively with higher-level administration, project managers, and crews.

**Qualifications:**
- **5 years of experience** as a Civil Superintendent/Supervisor (3 years minimum experience considered for the right candidate).
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company culture and standards.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage various teams and tasks.
