The Field Implementation Coach (FIC) role focuses on the adoption of State Farm marketing and technology processes to assist independent contract State Farm agents in reaching their objectives and enhancing the customer experience. The FIC will actively engage in ongoing face-to-face interactions with agents and team members to directly influence the adoption of crucial capabilities and drive behavioral changes that align with our business priorities.
