Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific commercial construction projects in various sectors including healthcare/medical, retail, hospitality, educational, civic, and mixed-use developments. This role requires a strategic leader who can coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve targets
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status and address any issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry managing large-scale projects (ideally 20MM-25MM+)
  • Healthcare/Medical construction experience a plus!!
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
