Now hiring self-starters with at least 3 years of retail or hospitality management experience. Retail Managers are responsible for the daily supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, inventory, and resource management.

• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Planning and organizing
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
• Preparing promotional materials and displays

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage operational aspects including memberships, retail sales, team guidance, deposits, inventory, and legal compliance
• Set goals, prioritize tasks, and analyze business performance for growth
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
• Empower team members through training, performance reviews, and clear expectations
• Build positive relationships with employees, members, and guests
