JOB DESCRIPTION - Room AttendantSummary ObjectiveTo perform a combination of tasks which maintains the hotel guest room in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive experience Essential Functions1. Provides professional and courteous service at all times.2. Clean rooms upon request3.Handle and complete all guests' requests immediately4. Disinfect the entire bathroom including toilet, ensure the entire is free of hair5. Collect soiled linens for laundering, maintain linen supplies in appropriate locations6 Vacuum, mop, sweep guest room, floor and hallways7. Maintain and keep an organized cart properly stocked and free of trash8. Clean all stay over's, and checkout rooms in the allotted time for your property9. Remove all trash and place in dumpster, stock cart for the next person, empty vacuum daily10. Complete maintenance ticket for any item not working in room or including safety concerns. 11.0 Insure the safety of our guest's property assets; never open door for guest who forgot their key(redirect them to front desk)Competencies1.
