As a Patient Transporter, youll coordinate and communicate with medical and other team members ushering patients from their rooms to various locations throughout the hospital using wheelchairs and stretchers and helping patients with simple, but important, assistance needs. Youre also charged with keeping a log of time sensitive specimens and supplies between facilities, medical centers, physician practices, buildings, and remote areas according to established schedules.
