Responsibilities

Screening patients during check-upsMust be competent with perio and patient educationReviewing the patient's historyAdministers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishingDocuments area of existing restorationsUse of X-rayInstructing patients in oral hygiene techniques and working with patients and their oral hygieneConduct screeningsAssist patients with oral hygiene

Qualifications

Active Texas Hygienist licenseCurrent BLS/CPR certificationsMaintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control trainingMinimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
