Working together with the Head of Group Property, ANZ (HOGP), Property Manager (PM), Lease Administration Manager (LAM), Project Manager Design & Construction (PMD&C) & Network Optimisation Implementation Team to provide effective management and support of all property related matters across all William Demant entities within Australia and New Zealand.
Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the HOGP & Property Team
- Provide assistance with all Property Reactive and Preventative Maintenance in a prompt and efficient manner, using the company's service desk system, across the retail and commercial portfolio in Australia and New Zealand including but not limited to;
- Essential services including utilities, Electrical, Fire and Air Conditioning
- Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, gardening, cleaning
- Locks, Keys & security services
- Water filters, hydro taps, and hot water systems
- Waste management services
- Emergencies and insurance claims
- Provide assistance with clinic procurement as required
- Provide assistance with the preparation of the monthly rent roll
- Provide assistance with reconciliation of rent and operational outgoings
- Provide assistance with the management of the maintenance mailbox
- Provide assistance with the management of the property mailbox
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff across all business units, landlords, solicitors, contractors, insurance companies and managing agents
- Other duties as required from time to time
To Qualify for the Role:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in property, facilities management, finance, ideally within a multisite retail environment
- Solid understanding of building practices, Cost Management, Architectural design & Mechanical, Engineering & experience engaging these vendors/external providers
- Knowledge of prevailing property laws
- Understanding of licensing and permits within local councils
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Knowledge of Lease Eagle, Basware, Trello preferred
