Position Summary
The Department of Otolaryngology is accepting applications for the position of Department Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Business Manager, incumbent will be an integral member of the Department of Otolaryngology and provide administrative support to department faculty members, residents and the business office. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare manuscripts, slide presentations, correspondence and reports; maintain and update files; create and maintain departmental databases; assist with faculty on-boarding including credentialing, privileges, and licensure; coordinate Otolaryngology medical student education programs; and coordinate departmental events such as lectures, CME conferences didactic days, departmental courses and other events. Incumbent is responsible for adhering to regulations according to Federal, State, and the University.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience
Master's degree can substitute for 2 years of experience
