Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic candidates to join our dynamic Commercial team as Director of Sales. Ideal candidates are dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Director of Marketing. What you will do. Support Commercial Director in achieving overall business objective and formulation of strategies in ensuring business attainment. Managing Sales team and overseeing daily sales operation. Review sales production and implement sales action plan to achieve the budget goals. Work closely with DORM to produce accurate Forecast and make adjustments as needed after Strategy meetings for yield optimization. Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas. Supporting Catering, F&B Outlets, Spa and Front Office in selling efforts. Must possess strong decision making, selling, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
