Collaborate with Performance Measurement and Data/ Analytics personnel and other SMEs to deliver process improvement plans and programs and other initiatives as assigned, based on best practices, root cause investigations, data analytics and other research and analysis practices. Plan, monitor and manage range of internal projects from initiation through completion, ensure on-time completion according to specifications.
