Your job is more than a job. The Project Manager IT Senior is responsible for all aspects of complex projects. Initiates, defines, and manages multiple very high-profile projects of considerable complexity, at one time. Provides oversight to strategic projects, working closely with the leadership. Sets the strategic direction for assigned areas of responsibility, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results. Facilitates the design of the Enterprise Project Management standards and methodology. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Achieves operational objectives by delivering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
