Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Specialist at PetSmart, you'll engage with pet parents and their beloved animals to create unforgettable experiences while upholding our company's values and ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to pet parents through various channels, including in-store and online.
• Prepare online orders for smooth in-store pick-up.

• Assist with pricing updates and product merchandising.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds as well as some teamwork for heavier items. You may encounter noisy conditions and live animals on the job.
