You will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic plans to expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability in the IT sector.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships within IT.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the IT industry.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote the company.

Contract Management:

• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop long-term business development plans aligned with company goals and the evolving IT landscape.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT sector.
• Assess business risks and develop mitigation strategies specific to IT projects.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and contract management.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, to gather necessary information for business development and contract management.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for business development and contract management activities in the IT sector.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business development and contract management.
• Proven track record of successfully securing new business and managing contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
