Job Description And Position Requirements
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and overall support of software applications within an organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the software applications in use, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Maintains data and end user profile integrity. Oversees maintenance of application connected devices to ensure stability and minimize risks. The administrator ensures that applications run smoothly and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for end-users.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application administration and support preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and support staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, and vendors.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Ability to analyze application performance and identify areas for improvement.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 10 pounds is required.
