The OTF Tallahassee Head Coach takes pride in being a key studio leader, a resourceful mentor to OTF staff, and in being aligned with the Studio goals & with the Studio Manager. They owns the OTF trifecta: Gets It. Wants It. and Has the Capacity to Do it. Head Coaches are responsible for providing leadership, education, and daily direction to the fitness team. With a strong focus on customer service, fitness leadership, and member sales and retention, Head Coaches work in tandem with the Studio Manager and Regional Fitness Director to ensure members enjoy a consistent Orangetheory experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
