Your job is more than a job. The Functional ERP Lead is responsible for implementing and maintaining system configurations for the assigned area of specialization. Provides advisory services, guidance to management regarding system requirements based on organization resources and needs. Supports organization core users by streamlining or reengineering processes, performing analysis of business processes, improving how those processes function to reduce overall costs. Coordinates the testing efforts of new configurations prior to production, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing strategies to address problem areas arising from ongoing operational support.
