Description:

Under Close instruction and supervision from the Food Service Specialist 5 and Director of Dining Services, the incumbent in this position will perform cooking and customer service duties within the cafeteria. In addition, the incumbent is expected to be fully knowledgeable about and comply with the policies, procedures, calendar of events, and deadlines of the retail operation as established by the Director of the Auxiliary Enterprises section. The incumbent is also expected to protect the interest and/or assets of the cafeteria and thus the State of Louisiana. Serve Safe certified or must attain certification within 6 months of hire. Additionally, the incumbent should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a food service operation. Additional Position Information Continuous.
