• Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff
• Managing budgets

• Planning and marketing the business
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Goal-oriented and organized

Salary plus bonus and commission: $40,000 - $45,000 annually.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of management experience.
