Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the operations of the Retail Pharmacy gift shop. The Gift Shop Manager is responsible for the clerks that work in the gift shop including scheduling, performance counseling, customer satisfaction reports, operational processes, and financial results. The Gift Shop Manager is responsible for the buying of products, exceptional merchandising, visual presentation, inventory control, effective record keeping and staff development. The Gift Shop Manager is responsible for scheduling clerk staff to meet and maintain consistent operation expectations. Must exhibit good decision-making skills, have extensive knowledge of the point-of-sale system and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
