The Technology Support Specialist for Technology Services configures and maintains enterprise user-support services and software at Tulane, seeks out innovative new services and software to add to that which is already available, and instructs users and support staff on the use of these services and software, which includes coordinating support activities with team leaders and other staff members, and. working with other team members to supervise, train, and mentor student staff as they perform their assigned duties.
