Position: Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced phlebotomist to provide excellent patient care and perform blood draws accurately and efficiently. This role involves preparing specimens, verifying patient info, maintaining records, and supporting lab operations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (including pediatric & geriatric).
• Verify patient identity and label samples accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Travel to nearby locations as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant/paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• 3+ years phlebotomy experience; 2+ years in a patient service center preferred.
• Excellent customer service and data entry skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record.
