Scheduled Weekly Hours: TBD - Job Summary: The Patient Access Representatives are primarily responsible for completing an efficient and organized check in for the patients; ensuring throughput and customer service are top priorities. Excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role, as the Patient Access Representative must ensure that accurate information is collected, that they are always sensitive to the confidentiality of this information, and that patients are aware of their rights as determined by HIPAA regulations and company policy. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 months of previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patients and/or insurance carriers.
