Job Details

Leadership:Assist with the overall daily operations of the Radiology Department. Maintains and cultivates effective communication with internal and external customers. Collaborates with referring providers and radiologists to create standardized protocols and ensure consistency of protocols, image quality, and services provided throughout the Radiology department. Prepares and maintains payroll records. Approves timecards and monitors hours worked to ensure appropriate staffing to meet budget and volume. Participates in hiring, onboarding, orientation, and annual evaluations of direct reports. Round on employees and discusses their performance, conduct, attendance, and other related matters. Utilizes "Just Culture" and supports the operational needs of the Radiology Department and parent organization.
