Responsibilities: * Inspect, maintain, remove, and install aircraft egress systems, including ejection seats, Cartridge Actuated Devices (CADs), shoulder harnesses, and lap belts
* Perform maintenance on oxygen systems, including valves, converters, regulators, and gauges
* Maintain environmental and life support systems such as air conditioning, cockpit heating, ventilation, pressurization, and fire extinguishing systems
* Conduct daily, pre-flight, post-flight, and scheduled inspections in compliance with operational checklists
* Support flight line operations: launch, recovery, turnaround, and plane captain duties
* Assemble, disassemble, install, or modify aircraft systems and components
* Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical subsystems
* Perform validation/verification testing of repaired or replaced systems/components
* Document maintenance actions, inspection results, and repairs for compliance with regulatory and contract requirements
* Inspect components for flight worthiness and certify airworthiness after repairs or modifications
* Support and oversee training and oversight of junior personnel
* Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all operations Qualifications: * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance * High School diploma or GED (vocational school or Associate degree preferred)
* 4+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Demonstrated experience working with aircraft ejection systems
* Proficient in removal, installation, inspection, and rigging of aircraft systems and components
