The Cost Analyst will support the Manager of Opportunity/Cost Analysis. The Cost Analyst is responsible for preparing and presenting Market Basket analysis and making key recommendations to drive incremental value for all customers and to further customers' purchasing compliance goals. This includes preparing and reviewing opportunity analysis, product-matching analysis; assist in the preparation of executive level reporting. This role is responsible for adhering to established processes and standards that have been put in place.

Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Foodservice product knowledge preferred
Financial or trend analysis experience
Supplier and customer interaction experience
Purchasing/procurement experience preferred
Distribution or foodservice experience is preferred
Minimal travel required (typically to the Corporate office in Charlotte, NC)
