Strategic Business Development Manager - Building Automation Solutions - Healthcare - Remote (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY)

Join Honeywell as a Strategic Business Development Manager responsible for driving specification and adoption of building automation solutions within the healthcare vertical. This role involves building strong relationships with architects, engineers, EPCs, and end users, acting as a trusted advisor to promote Honeywell products.

This position is remote, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, with approximately 50-60% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to increase consideration and specification of Honeywell solutions.
  • Establish C-level relationships with major end users as a trusted partner.
  • Participate in trade associations and present as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with other Honeywell divisions for joint efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on location and experience. Position is eligible for incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in building automation solutions.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and grow pipelines.

Preferred
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience working with C-level clients.
