QRM is an inbound call center focused on customer service and benefits compliance, serving over 1,000 companies. The company has been recognized as a Great Place to Work twice. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Operations team.

This full-time, remote position offers approximately 30-40 hours per week, with shifts in CST:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Please note that QRM only employs individuals in specific U.S. states listed on their website.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support in English and Spanish.
  • Support customers through the claims process with empathy and clear communication.
  • Accurately document claim details in the designated system.
  • Follow client-specific instructions to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to interpret reports and communicate professionally.
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
Physical and Network Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting, listening, and working on a computer.
  • Private internet connection; Ethernet recommended; no VPNs allowed.
