Front Desk Associate/Wellness Consultant

What You'll Do:

• Connect with clients to explain the benefits of massage, skincare, and stretch services.
• Deliver excellent service through warm greetings, smooth scheduling, and helpful follow-up.
• Support the team by contributing to a positive, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (retail or spa setting a plus)
• Passion for wellness and helping others
• Friendly, confident communicator (in-person and on the phone)
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
