About the role
As an Account Manager at Hostaway, you will own the post-sale commercial relationship with assigned customers, focusing on driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through add-on adoption, upsells, and renewals.
You will proactively engage with accounts to uncover opportunities, increase product adoption, and ensure long-term customer value.
This role demands high-volume outreach, disciplined pipeline management, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales.
You will be the primary commercial contact for your accounts-building strong executive and operational relationships, understanding each customer's business objectives, and aligning Hostaway's solutions to those goals. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently hit or exceed ARR growth targets and maintain excellent account health.
