The Behavior Interventionist works with the Principal in carrying out the schools academic and behavior programs. As a professional educator the Behavior Interventionist understands and responds to the challenges presented by todays diverse student population. The Behavior Interventionist provides proactive leadership to engage all stakeholders in the delivery of programs and services to support the students academic achievement, personal and social development. The Behavior Interventionist works cooperatively with the principal, assistant principal, social worker, counselor, nurse, staff, students and parents towards a positive school climate.
