Schedule transportation services as requested by Paratransit Customers. Must use the computerized scheduling/dispatching system to schedule passenger rides. Edits daily passenger and operating data in the computerized scheduling/dispatching system. Maintains a listing of clients' standing appointments and updates client files. Communicates with customers courteously and professionally by providing excellent customer service. Relays passenger information to dispatcher(s). Contributes to ensuring that the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and programs of RTA are carried out.
