This role supports patient access and program outcomes by providing payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers, and by fielding requests related to program activation, eligibility, and submission troubleshooting.
Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative (100% remote, work from home) is primarily responsible for handling inquiries and providing initial support to patients, pharmacies and medical professionals using an Opus Health program. Responsibilities include card activation, program eligibility, explanation of program benefits, and troubleshooting submission rejections.
Pay range: $18.00 per hour. The potential base pay range may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to health and welfare benefits. This role is contract with IQVIA managed by an external agency, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time employee.
