Support Agent - São Leopoldo - RS

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Agent - VX Maintain/Observe to join our remote support team in Brazil. This role is focused on providing technical and operational support for VX systems, ensuring optimal performance, proactive monitoring, and timely issue resolution. You will be part of a global team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnostics and escalating as needed.

• Execute routine maintenance tasks and system health checks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

• Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in support tools.

• Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation.

• Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, system monitoring, or IT operations.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Comfortable using ticketing systems and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.

• Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure monitoring.
