Responsibilities

• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases using information from the fraud detection system
• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to alerts
• Assist with completing lost/stolen reports and blocking compromised accounts
• Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
• Maintain accurate documentation necessary for investigations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 2 years
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
• Must be available for on-camera work during assigned shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
