We are hiring for agents with an active P&C license and 1 year of P&C sales experience in a high-performance setting. Allstate and State Farm experience is a big plus.

New hires will be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

This is NOT the right opportunity for you if :

• You dont want to work in a fast-paced sales environment; brick-and-mortar offices arent your scene and youre not comfortable making back-to-back calls. There will occasionally be inbound calls, but most of your day will involve calling the leads we provide.
• Are lacking dedication and self-motivation: dedication to improving yourself daily, understanding our products, how we go to market, and how our products improve clients lives.
• Are not friends with technology and multitasking is not your cup of tea: success requires balance between sales skills and using internal tools and documentation.
• You dread sharing and receiving feedback: you will encounter challenges and opportunities and will be asked to respond with continuous feedback from your team.
• Are not a people-person: we strive to provide a world-class customer experience for every client.

Requirements

• P&C licensed in Nebraska.
• 1+ years of insurance sales experience with proven production.
• Candidate must have previous sales experience with State Farm OR Allstate.
• Be a record-breaking seller with a P&C License. The more, the better. We pay top dollar for top performers; if you average production of more than 25k per month, you should talk to us!
