This Development Specialist position is responsible for the oversight and management of database integrity with the primary focus on processing and acknowledgement of all gifts to Manning Family Childrens into Raisers Edge/ NXT. This position is also responsible for general constituent data maintenance duties, as well as supporting other business and administrative activities of the office of development including acknowledgement communication, list pulling and reporting. The development specialist also supports implementation, training and adoption of processes and technologies relative to database use and relationship management for all levels of staff. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 1 to 3 years Experience in fundraising and events for a non-profit or similar experience 3 years In a healthcare or hospital setting preferred. Experience working closely with public relations, marketing and communications professionals. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS - Required: Bachelor's Degree.
