We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Staff Accountant.

What You Bring to the Table:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum of 1-year accounting experience; Healthcare accounting experience is preferred; Microsoft Great Plains experience is a plus
• Knowledge of financial statements and skill in interpreting financial statements
• Ability to demonstrate considerable initiative and judgement
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with Excel, Work, Outlook and general computer knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; proactive; ability to multitask

• Performs, with minimal supervision, a variety of routine tasks pertinent to the month-end closing process, account reconciliations, analysis and other general accounting functions
• Provides monthly reports to Controller & Facilities Accounting Supervisor
• Identify and report any areas of concern or potential problems
• Participate in discussions of accounting process improvements
• Other duties as assigned
