Job Details

Acts as the main leader of the organization in the absence of the President. Responsible for integrating the organizations strategic plan with the operations. Provides management oversight for the development of high quality and cost-effective clinical programs within the hospital. Leads and supports key committees pertaining to service areas. As directed, proposes appropriate departmental representatives to the multidisciplinary hospital committees. Develops and fosters collaboration between hospital departments, medical staff leadership and other affiliates services (inside and outside of the hospital) to ensure an integrated approach to providing services and fulfilling the hospitals goals and objectives. Functions as an effective liaison and intermediary between the Hospital and its affiliates. Represents the hospital at various Board of Trustees of LCMC and the governing board committees.
