Production Coordinator

Production

• Coordinate communication and activities across departments to promote teamwork.
• Lead production meetings with team leads to review progress, issues, and schedules.
• Monitor production output and performance daily.
• Create and update AGE timelines and track results using Foreman Tier 1 reports.
• Collaborate with leads on labor planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Review and close work orders monthly, verifying labor and materials in X3.
• Coach and mentor production leads and operators with potential for growth.
• Prepare employee evaluations and review operator performance reports.
• Track safety observations in QT9 and participate as a Safety Committee member.
• Oversee production planning based on forecasts, workload, and staffing levels.

Purchasing (Approx. 5%)

• Review long lead-time material needs with the Buyer.
• Monitor purchase orders and material requirements in X3.
• Serve as backup to the Buyer for issuing POs and communicating with customers.

Shipping & Receiving (Approx. 5%)

• Assist with label creation, validation, and updates for new or contract products.
• Support packaging inspections to verify accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing or quality-related roles, ideally with ISO 9001 exposure.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in QT9, X3 (ERP), and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and audit processes.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organization, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
