As we expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
-Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with potential business owners to showcase our products/services.
-Build and maintain relationships with existing businesses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for target markets and achieve sales goals.
-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRMsystem.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but notmandatory).
-Proven experience in outside sales or a similar sales role.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
