Product Designer

PERSUIT is a fast-growing legal tech scale-up transforming how legal teams engage with outside counsel. We believe great design is at the heart of building elegant, impactful, and efficient user experiences, and we're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our growing design team.

In this role, you will:

You'll join a passionate design team dedicated to shaping a platform that drives real impact for some of the world's leading in-house legal teams. As a Product Designer in the Law Firm and BD Tools squad at PERSUIT, you will:

• Work end-to-end across discovery, ideation, and delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional squad to deliver impactful product experiences and dev-ready design assets
• Drive innovation and early-stage discovery projects
• Facilitate design workshops, user research sessions, and validation activities
• Support our Design Ops practice by contributing to key initiatives and collaborating closely with the team
• Help maintain and evolve our design system
• Advocate for best-in-class design thinking across the organization
• Be proficient with Figma, JIRA, and other standard product design and prototyping tools

Depending on the project, you might spend one week on user research and strategy, and the next embedded with a team delivering the final UI for an MVP.
