Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various team members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
