What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Write MCAT and AP Psychology questions with comprehensive rationales
• Collaborate with editing and scientific illustration teams to create exceptional educational content
• Apply knowledge of standardized exam content and practices for generating test questions
• Participate in ongoing performance evaluation of current test items in the question bank
• Communicate effectively with quality assurance team to resolve technical issues related to content

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Master's Degree in Neuroscience, General Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Sociology, or related Behavioral Science discipline
• Strong scientific writing experience (2+ years)
• Scientific research experience (2+ years)
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate/graduate level (5+ years)
• Passion for education and learning
• Effective problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in MS Office/working knowledge of IT
