Responsible for ensuring the site's Linear Program accurately reflects the refinery's operations such that it is effective in generating the run plan and crude purchase signals.
Maintains the site's Linear Program and ensures accuracy of data
Coordinates with Technical and Operations to validate and improve the model
Performs hindsight analysis to determine potential opportunities for improvement
Generates weekly economics to support the refinery run plan and monthly crude purchasing decisions
Develops the volumes (charge/yield) for the site business plan on an annual basis
Assists in the development of economics/incentives for various site projects and other evaluations
Ensures quality in monthly Refinery Operating Plan (ROP)
Prepares monthly and quarterly stewardship reports
Assists E&P Manager with other reports (Operating Contribution Report, etc.)
Backfills for other E&P Coordinators when required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required
7+ years of Refining/Economics/Coordination experience required
Additional experience/skills in Excel & clear communication
