High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money and are desperate
• Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who NEED guidance at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a big ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, well-spoken agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company has partnerships with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do NOT operate lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
